Refund policy


At KONA, every piece of furniture is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns based on change of mind.


Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product has been delivered

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Email us at info@konaliving.in or contact us via phone

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request not being accepted.


Resolution Process

Once your request is verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
  • In cases where replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Product must be in original condition
  • Must include all parts, accessories, and packaging
  • Must not show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations in color, grain, or texture (natural wood variation)
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
